 Young child have no shape, no limits, and are bound less. They have curiosity and untouched emotions. They do things, keep on trying, and accomplish. We (parents and educators) moulds them in different shapes. Some young child have pre-liking and disliking. For example- when I was in my early age, I only have liking for butter less cow milk, no Buffalo neither goat. Still that is my preference when it comes to milk.

 An ECE (Early Childhood Educator) is an individual who knows a young child's philosophy. They replenish young child with basic knowledge. They help them with things they want to know, help them to develop their speech, helps them to identify right and wrong, An ECE should treat a young child as their own, with lots of love and care.

o Knowledge: An Early Childhood Educator should have all related knowledge of how to handle any circumstances occurring with a young child, Knowledge about the perimeter of the classroom, Basic knowledge of the things needed to be told and learned by the young child.

o Skills/ Ability: According edukalife.blogspot.in the word “Skill” means from the Latin "you enable", it is the ability and skill to make something that is obtained in the innate form, is acquired or gained in the learning process.
An ECE should have good hand and mind coordination skill to act as they think, sometimes young child doesn’t gives time to think, analyse and act. We have to act soon to the circumstances mentally as well as physically. They should have good poise and gesture in their body language, because young child learn what they see.

 Patience and endurance Observation Well managed
 Enthusiasm and love for children
 Respect
 Adaptability
 Energetic
This conversation is between a young children and early educator. Who tries and succeeds to make a child go to the class make her comfortable in the new atmosphere. So, the conversation begins when the child enters the school premises.
Me: Good morning sweetie.
Girl: Gummonnin...! (without seeing se ran back to her mother.)
Me: Come here I'll show you some thing! See there is a big elephant.
Girl: (She started peeking from her mothers back and look in tensed emotion but astonished with the big elephants painting looking like a real one.😞😮 Then she came out of her mothers vibe to school's arena.)
Me: Do you know who am I ?
Girl: No..! (She waved her head left to right. 🙅)
Me: My name is Arundhati, what is yours?
Girl: Amarna...! 😶 (she got a bit confident in at this moment her parents left her conversing with me)
Me: Wow...! What a wonderful name you have.. come on lets see who is waiting for you in your class!
Girl: (She nodded her head and get along with me to the class)
